This pre-launch notice covers the public website and early-access forms. The mailbox-service notice will be published before accounts are activated.
Information submitted directly
Contact, early-access, and recovery forms collect only the fields shown in the form. We use that information to answer the request, review eligibility, protect the service from abuse, and maintain an appropriate support record.
Operational information
Servers may temporarily process IP addresses, timestamps, request paths, user-agent information, and security events needed to deliver the site, rate-limit abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the network. Logs are not used to build advertising profiles.
Service providers
Infrastructure and transactional-delivery providers may process limited information on our behalf. They are selected for a specific operating purpose and are not authorized by RedXDevelopment to sell submitted form data.
Mailbox content
This public website does not load mailbox content. The production mail service will have a separate, detailed notice describing message processing, retention, encryption boundaries, abuse handling, backups, and account deletion.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete an early-access or contact record, subject to security, fraud-prevention, and legal retention needs, by emailing support@redxaimail.com.
